Summer Fun w/ Cousins ~ !

We shared a fun, hot summer day with The Dove Family in their new, beautiful home and pool!  The girls loved hanging out with the boys!! We extended the offer for them to come our direction any time - especially since we don't have a neighborhood gate - (as Morgan so kindly pointed out)!  :)

Gymnastics - Advertising

We love how Rowland-Ballard continues to use Regan's picture in their annual communications for registration.  This picture was taken in Dec 2010 (as clearly noted in the date stamp) - REE was 4!.

Pines - End of Summer Session I

The 1st summer session at Pines flew by quickly.  Both sessions are around the topic of art. Regan's class studied all eras of painting, starting with the prehistoric (upper left), Mona Lisa, mosaics, etcs.
They worked w/ clay (Regan's bust is to the far right - with full face), learned about Chinese paintings & symbols, and attempted to design an Aboriginal Dot painting...to name just a few!

Morgan's artwork centered around shapes and colors.  She also "punched" out numbers and her name - both of which I thought were beautiful - one of which, I've framed for her room.

Her name...Morgan!

Fun 4th with Family!

Enjoyed the day in Blanco at Uncle David and Aunt Leah's house and new pool!
The kids loved spending the day in the pool...and "hanging" with Pops!!

 Non-stop swimming!  We had VERY tired kiddos by the end of the day!

 It was a hot day, but the pool stayed nice and cool! The kids never stopped jumping and playing!

 Fun day with cousins!! They are shouting "Happy 4th of July!!"...

 First time with sparklers!! They enjoyed it, but were a bit spooked by the "fire"!
