First Week at Deerwood

Still smiling!! The girls had a GREAT first week of school!

Every day of the first week was documented with morning pictures!

I LOVE the fact that the girls can walk to school!!

Ice cream treat! We celebrated the completion of the first week with SMCS friends, Mackenzie & Matthew.  Matthew (in classes w/ Regan since PK-4) just transferred to a nearby neighborhood school (like us).  The girls and I rode bikes to and from the ice cream place (6+ miles)!

Back to School Pics

We have had a wonderful summer filled with movies, swim team, theater camps, Schlitterbahn, museums, swimming, riding bikes, library, volleyball, gymnastics, tennis, reading and playing with friends & cousins.  But, we are looking forward to the 2015-2016 new school year at a new school!

Regan made her "jar of chocolate chip cookie ingredients" at VBS.  So, we added the 3 remaining ingredients and baked the cookies! Yum!  No one can resist a chocolate chip cookie!!

I didn't take my camera or phone into the park.  So, I just took a "beginning" and "end" shot!  The girls LOVED it and are ready to go back!  We were there when it opened...and stayed until it closed!

Playdate w/ Mackenzie & Family

Mackenzie and her family came over for the afternoon to swim at our neighborhood pool. Everyone had a great time.  We will certainly miss seeing Mackenzie every day at school! Such smart girls!

The girls have enjoyed their VBS experience at 1st Presbyterian this week.  Over 125 kids!
