Regan's 11th B-Day Weekend!

Extra busy, but fun Memorial Day weekend!!  We started with a long swim meet Saturday morning.

That evening, we had friends over for a small "pool party".  These 3 girls are almost unrecognizable without their glasses!  We ended the evening with a cookie cake. Sleep came easy tonight!

Sunday morning.  We celebrated Regan all day - starting with pancakes & waffles for breakfast; afternoon swim, late lunch at Zammitti's (a new Italian restaurant which was fabulous), ice cream at our new Sub Zero (made with liquid nitrogen)....followed by movie night!

It's What's For Lunch!

Ella and Morgan bought lunch on Friday - cheeseburgers! Yum? I ate lunch with Regan too, but she brought her lunch (and has refused to eat cafeteria food practically since day one at Deerwood)!

State Float -California

Regan's 5th grade float on California!  She covered it all - state animal, state bird, state flag, map, industries, famous landmarks...you name it!  All kids paraded the halls with all 50 states represented!

Immediately following the parade (which parents lined the hallways to watch), Regan and Creating for Care presented Pippi to the entire school in the cafeteria - limited to Act 1 only.

Katy Triathlon!

Morgan competed in her 2nd Katy Triathlon - finishing in a record time of 30.59 (21st place by age).

Derby Day

Regan (& the other 5th graders) assisted during the 1st session (K-2nd); the 2nd half, they played!

Fun outdoor fun and games with friends!

Student Council Run

Regan threw her name in the hat for RMS Student Council Rep, but fell short! Next time!

Cheer & GT Expo

Morgan finished her first year of cheer/tumbling!
