My girl was invited to be on a 3-person 6th Grade Student Panel - and spoke to new and incoming 6th grade parents about her experiences, classes, and lessons learned this year as a 6th grader! We were able to capture a bit of the meeting via Zoom!! :)
Morgan LOVED RMS Field Day!! Because there was a shortage of girls in her class, she got to participate in more activities!! PLUS, her class WON overall with the most points!
A long-awaited and well-deserved promotion into Varsity Theatre to start her junior year!!
JV shows were a hit! Regan did great as Susan Connors in The Girl in The Mirror! Heavy subject, but well done.
The team ended the season with a 4-1 tournament record! Excellent serving & playing as a team!
Regan was inducted into the National Honor Society! It is no longer JUST about grades - rather, it is based on points and a combination of grades, leadership, service, and activities! So proud of her!
Morgan was inducted into the Kings Forest Chapter of the National Charity League (NCL). She knows almost all of the girls in her Class of 2028! As for Regan & me, we are starting our 5th year in the chapter! We also continued our "Mother-Daughter Award" for volunteering over 20 hours together.
The KHS UIL troupe performed their best show yet - but it wasn't enough for the judges. Such a great show with a cast full of outstanding actors and actresses!! Regan was recognized with another "All Star" award. She was consistently awarded the recognition of "All Star" at each of the 3 competitions!
