College Acceptances

College applications, auditions, and choosing between the best of the best was a difficult process.  Regan spent most of August and September writing essay after essay.  Fifteen applications went out - 14 acceptances.  Of course, the final decision was made looking at many factors and eventually creating a pro/con list.  

OU (Sept 15) was Regan's FIRST acceptance.  Big box with confetti, stickers, and a flag!! Then, Minnesota (Sept 18 - big envelope), Evansville (Oct 10 - smaller box with socks & hat), Auburn (Oct 18 - big envelope), TCU (Dec 15 - big envelope), Penn State (Dec 18 - big envelope), and SMU (Dec 9-for both the school & theatre department - big red envelope)...more acceptances followed in Jan & Feb (UT - big orange envelope, DePaul, Cincinnati/CCM, University of Washington, FSU, etc).  The last two "big ones" came in late March:  NYU (big purple envelope) and Boston (email only!).

Graduation Lunch

To celebrate Regan, we hosted family for lunch and dessert after graduation.
