FMKP Summer League - & Ponderosa!

FMKP Waves Summer League Season - !  Only made it to a few meets, yet Morgan received 3rd place in high points for her age group, broke many pool and team records, and not only qualified for Ponderosa, but broke more team records (not yet in the system)! Received her 5 year team towel too!

Biloxi, Mississippi - BTA Travel Trip

It was a LONG 8 days, but a great week for 19 swimmers, 2 coaches, and 1 chaperone! The swimmers did 2 swims a day, plus a dryland workout each day - leading up to the swim meet on Thursday night.  They raced tired, but performed strong. We travelled to Gulf Shores, Alabama on the last day to relax and enjoy some beach time.

I enjoyed my morning and afternoon walks by the Mississippi beach...

The lost art of writing a note - in this case, a postcard.  Never done by these kids!!

I experienced a Mississippi laundromat one day...followed by 2 late nights at the hotel using their high powered dryers!  Last load included 60 towels - dried and folded by midnight ! :)
