Etter Family Visit (Day 3)

Christopher enjoyed a run with David (while Monica and I took the girls to the park); When the guys returned, we enjoyed a short 3 mile run.  Then, we all headed to packet pick-up.  The visit is never complete without an ice cream from Twistee Treat!! Regan made signs for Monica and me; sang w/ Uncle David and showed off her train track design with Aunt Monica! Early to bed!!
